Remote support download

This lets us see and work on your screen while we're on the phone with you. It takes about a minute to set up.

  1. Open the file once it finishes downloading. Look in your Downloads folder if it doesn't open on its own.
  2. Allow it to run. Windows may ask you to confirm — choose Yes, or More info then Run anyway.
  3. Tell us when it's done. Your computer will appear on our end and we'll take it from there.

We only ask you to install this while you're already on a call with us.
